Description

Our client, NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to engage an outstanding and results-oriented individual to fill the position of Head Enterprise Business.
The Head Enterprise Business is responsible for marketing and selling of profitable enterprise products and services, that address enterprise customer needs. The incumbent is also responsible for achievement of Enterprise Business revenue targets and growth of market share..
The incumbent will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Formulate, implement and monitor enterprise sales strategy in order to maximize revenue for the business;
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets;
Set performance targets for all enterprise sales staff, monitor performance and take corrective measures where necessary;
Market and sell all NetOne enterprise products/services countrywide in order to generate revenue and to ensure profitability;
Develop and cultivate relationships with key customers;
Gather and report on enterprise market intelligence;
Attend to complex customer queries and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction;
Compile periodic reports for submission to the Chief Commercial Officer;
Provide sales input for external communications such as website updates and press releases;
Ensure that the department is appropriately staffed with persons and skills at the right level.

 

 

Qualifications
B.Com Business Studies; B. Com Marketing or equivalent degree is a prerequisite;
A holder of a post graduate degree such as MBA or equivalent will have an added advantage;
A minimum of 8 years similar work experience in a B2B environment, 4 years of which should have been at a managerial level.
