Emmanuel has vast experience in the field of Human Resources Management, having worked for different companies in different industries, locally and internationally. Since establishing PROSERVE in 1994, Emmanuel has directed numerous consultancy assignments in both the private and public sectors, locally, regionally and internationally.
Emmanuel is a seasoned HR expert in all functional areas.
He is also a Director of several companies in Zimbabwe which
include the following:
Shame holds a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe. He also possesses a Diploma in People Management form the Institute of People Management Zimbabwe. Prior to joining PROSERVE, Shame has worked in different companies and through these engagements; he gained a lot of experience in all the operational facets of HR Management.
Ever since joining PROSERVE, Shame has shown a lot of energy
and has developed a number of organizational development interventions.
Particularly, he has hands-on experience in organizational design and
development, organizational restructuring, policy design and development, job
evaluation, performance management, Recruitment and Selection as well as
Industrial Relations management.
Shame has been involved in numerous consultancy projects since his engagement in this Firm.
Calistas holds a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe. He also possesses a Diploma in People Management form the Institute of People Management Zimbabwe.
Calistas has more than 6 years of continuous Human Resource
and Management Consulting which have
been spent mainly on Recruitment assignments. Since his engagement with
PROSERVE, Calistas has been involved in undertaking recruitment projects as
well as undertaking remuneration structuring and salary surveys.
PROSERVE also relies on an extensive database of Associate Consultants, both locally and internationally, who are available to complement our efforts as and when required.
